To our valued patients, During this time, we want you to know that we are taking extra precautions to help stop the spread of Covid-19 virus. We have always taken and will continue to take the proper precautions necessary for both our team and our patients health and safety.

In addition to our previous precautions/routines we will be following the MN Department of Health and the CDC guidelines. This includes screening questions at time of booking appointment and check in.

If have been showing any respiratory symptoms or signs such as fever, cough, or new shortness of breath we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment in order to protect the spread of the virus and protect others. We also ask that if you have been in contact with someone showing symptoms that you reschedule.

For Advanced Specialty Associates Patients:

Our clinic is seeing patients with COVID-19 protections and precautions in place!

With our providers available we can now see most general ENT patients, facial plastics patients, and now offer in office sinus procedures, such as Vivaer, Rhinaer, Clarifix, Balloon Sinuplasty, etc. These “in office” nasal procedures address nasal obstruction, drainage, and sinus issues in a minimally 

We will continue to follow strict COVID-19 guidelines in our clinic to protect our patients and staff. Please note the following requirements:

  1. All patients must bring and wear a mask the entire time they are in the office.
  2. No patients will stay in the waiting room. Knock on the clinic door and someone will bring you back to the exam room. All patients will be screened prior to the appointment for fever/temperature elevation, cough, shortness of breath, cold/flu symptoms, red eyes, loss of smell/taste, and head/body aches.
  3. New patients must do their intake paperwork ahead of time through the online portal or print at home. If that is not possible, you must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork.
  4. We are performing diligent hand washing, airborne and contact surface protection including extra room cleaning precautions.
